Banquet Hall & Meeting Room Renovations Are Underway

5/9/2009 - This past week, the Company started renovations on the banquet hall.  The current banquet hall served as the former fire truck engine bays.  The Special Division (Ladies Auxiliary) has earmarked money over the past 7 years for this project.  Some project highlights are as follows: building a small table/chair storage and utilities room on the east side, enclosing the 5 large garage doors to match the new engine bay brick, covering the interior cinder block walls with dry wall and chair railing, replacing the windows,  installing a drop ceiling and new lighting, installing energy efficient heating & air conditioning units, new flag pole and sign.  The overall project will provide a more energy efficient building and make the banquet room aesthetically appealing for our patrons.  The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of August. The monthly Breakfasts will be held in the engine bays during construction.
