Squad 51
Pierce Enforcer Rescue-Engine

Squad 51 is a 2020 Pierce Enforcer Rescue-Engine that is equipped to serve as a rescue and fires suppression apparatus. Squad 51 is the first responding apparatus for all vehicle accidents and rescue emergencies within our first due area, and the third responding apparatus for all fire suppression related emergencies. Purchased during the summer of 2020.
Utility 51
Ford F-350 4X4 Squad Vehicle

Utility 51 is used for transportation of extra personnel and equipment to emergencies that we respond to. Utility 51 is also used by our fire police for transportation to emergency scenes and to assist with traffic control. Utility 51 responds on nearly every emergency within our first due and responds on many incidents in neighboring districts where we are called as mutual aid.
Tanker 51
Pierce/Kenworth T800 tandem axle Tanker

Tanker 51 serves as our primary water supply apparatus. Due to the rural area that we serve, Tanker 51 provides the extra water that we may need at fire scenes since we have only five fire hydrants in our first due area. Tanker 51 is set up to serve as a nurse tanker for fire scenes due to its ability to efficiently flow large amounts of water through the booster tank and utilizing a clapper-valve setup. Tanker 51 second responding apparatus for all fire suppression related emergencies in our first due.
QRS 51
Chevrolet Suburban that was upfitted by Odyssey Specialty Vehicles

QRS responds to EMS calls, vehicle accidents, and rescue calls within our first due. QRS 51 has all of the capabilities of an ambulance, except for transporting a patient to the hospital. Due to there being no ambulance stations located within our first due area, QRS 51 responds and provides initial patient care prior to the arrival of a transporting ambulance or paramedic unit.
QRS 51 also responds to large incidents within our first due, such as structure fires, to provide medical services in case of a medical emergency of someone on the scene as well as assisting with providing rehabilitation for personnel working at the scene.
Tanker 51-2
1995 Ford L9000/4 Guys

Tanker 51-2 is a 1995 Ford L9000/4 Guys tanker. We purchased this used tanker from the Woodbury Fire Department in Connecticut. Affectionately called "Woody" due to its original department of Woodbury, Tanker 51-2 carries 2500 gallons of water and has a 1500 gallon per minute pump. We purchased this tanker in July of 2025 to serve as a "fill-in" tanker when Tanker 51 (the 2008 Kenworth/Pierce) goes for refurbishment in early 2026. When Tanker 51 leaves for refurbishment, Tanker 51-2 will assume the role of Tanker 51 and will be designated as such until the refurbishment of the Kenworth/Pierce tanker returns.
